CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellation for a full refund before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already shipped out.
RETURN POLICY
Please note that returns are not free. We cannot assume uncontrolled shipments and returns. If the return is due to our error, of course we will cover the return costs. However, if you initiate the return, you will be responsible for these costs. Additionally, we will deduct 5% from your refund to cover our expenses.
You have 15 working days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To do this, please contact our Logistics Department at dormaire@dormaire.com dormaire@dormaire.com, and we will promptly send you the return form.
Returned items must be in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of products that have been used, installed, damaged, or show signs of tampering with the original packaging. Please note that customized products that have been cut to fulfill your order cannot be returned.
Important Note: When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging and contents carefully. We thoroughly check all items before dispatch, so we do not send defective or damaged products. If the package is in poor condition, please reject it or open it in front of the courier. If you notice any issues, write "Pending review" on the delivery note. This will help us address any problems related to damage or poor condition during transport.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
If any product arrives at customer damaged or incorrect please contact our customer's service team to get a repair or a refund if returned within the 14 days period.

For the return package, we will give you directions on which express to use.
The items should be returned to the correct address as instructed. If the products are returned to a wrong address, we will keep the right to refuse refund due to not receive returned products.
All returned goods will be inspected for functions, damage, and authenticity upon receipt.

WARRANTY
Dormaire include a 2 Year built-in warranty. If your device isn't working properly, we'll be happy to service it and return it in working order, or replace it with a new one if eligible. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping products back to us. Only the original buyer may use the warranty. If you would like to replace or repair your Dormaire, please contact us at dormaire@dormaire.com You will be asked to provide a receipt or invoice of your purchase, confirming your name, order number and date of purchase in order to receive a Return Authorization from us. If you ship a product back to us for return or repair, be sure to wrap and pack it properly so that no damage is caused to it during shipping, as we are only able to provide refunds for unopened, unused products in new condition. Any damages to the product caused during shipping are not covered under the terms of this Warranty. If you are shipping a product back to us, please make sure to provide us with a tracking number so that we can track its journey back to us.
